Nashville International Airport
Nashville International Airport, opened in June 1937, is one of the busiest in the state of Tennessee, along with Memphis Airport. It operates with a large number of domestic flights, as well as some international destinations in Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and England.

Annual passenger traffic: 15.5 million passengers went through it in 2021.
The information center is located on the baggage claim level and operates from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. In addition, volunteers in red uniforms are available throughout the compound.
Location
The airport is located 13 km (8 miles) east of Nashville. To reach the airport by car, passengers should follow the Interstate I-40 highway and take exit 216a. From downtown or south Nashville, take Interstate I-24 east. I-40 is also reached via Interstate I-65 through I-440, heading east (exit 216a).
